  This is the first accident I have ever been in and I have been driving for 15 years. The adjuster was very nice but and when I was in my accident I had my claim in the same day. When I spoke with the company I found out their preferred body shop, brought it there as suggested and now have been waiting almost 2 weeks for them just to approve the claim. I was 0% at fault and now am being ignored. I tried to be patient but this is ridiculous. I have been getting 0 updates and found out that the body shop wasn't even told the claim number and no one has reached out to them. I worked in the car rental industry for 8 years and I have seen a lot of things but never like this. It feels as though I have blatently just been disregarded and it's extremely frustrating and considering my insurance rate is double what it would be anywhere else I have recently discovered it makes it worse. UPDATE- The adjuster called me back after the fact to follow up. she seemed concerned as she felt our interaction was fine. I advised it wasn't necessarily her and explained that it was more that the person who was supposed to approve the claim never got back and when I was advised it would be addressed by a certain date it never was with no date. I appreciated her reaching out however nothing ever came of it so I am still disappointed as hearing my complaints but not doing anything about it is just patronizing. I am not sure if it's her or someone else but regardless it's still not a good experience and I am looking elsewhere

  just came here to read the comments. All 4 reviews indicate people have no clue how insurance works. READ your policies before paying your premiums people.
